We are pleased to announce the coming of Katie Leung at the second edition of the Welcome to the Magic School. This event will take place on February 13th & 14th,2016 in Paris.
Katie Leung was born in Dundee, Scotland and began acting at the age of 16 in her first role as Cho Chang in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. She is currently studying a BA acting course at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (2014).
Following your requests, we decided to setup a VIP lottery!
To give to everyone a chance to live at 200% the convention, we chose to organize this lottery. So if you dream to enjoy an aperitif with the actors, to immortalize your weekend with a selfie moment, to enjoy all the photo'op sessions (individuals, duos , groups ..), and all autographs.. We are pleased to announce the coming of Jason Isaacs at the second edition of the Welcome to the Magic School. This event will take place on February 13th & 14th,2016 in Paris.
The Golden Globe, BAFTA, International Emmy and Critic's Circle nominated Jason Isaacs began his acting career at Bristol University where he studied Law, but found himself acting, writing and directing most of the time. After graduation, he trained for three years at London's prestigious Central School of Speech and Drama. In 2000, his breakout role as Colonel William Tavington in Roland Emmerich's feature film “The Patriot” garnered him numerous nominations including one from the British Film Critics' Circle.
Two years later, Isaacs began his role as Lucius Malfoy in “Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.” He went on to reprise the role in “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire,” “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix,” and again in the last two films “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows: Parts I and II.’
His other film credits include “Black Hawk Down,” “Green Zone,” “Peter Pan,” “Friends with Money,” “The Tuxedo,” “Sweet November,” “Windtalkers,” “End of the Affair,” “Armageddon,” “Event Horizon”, “Good”, “Abduction” and “Skeletons.”
On stage he created the role of Louis in the award-winning Royal National Theatre production of the Pulitzer Prize-winning “Angels in America: Parts 1 and 2” and has performed to packed houses at London’s Royal Court, Almeida, King's Head and Trafalgar theatres. In 2007, he starred in a sell-out run of Pinter’s “The Dumb Waiter” with comedian Lee Evans.
Isaacs has won multiple awards and nominations for his television roles including the BAFTA Best Actor nomination for “The Curse of Steptoe” and a Golden Globe nomination for Best Performance by an Actor in a Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television for the BBC's “The State Within.” The critics raved over his performances in “Scars”, Lynda LaPlante’s “Civvies” and as Michael Caffee in three seasons of the Peabody Award-winning “Brotherhood.” He then starred as Jackson Brodie in the BBC’s “Case Histories”, a role that garnered him various other nominations including an International Emmy for Best Leading Actor. “Case Histories” also won the BAFTA Scotland Award for best drama series. He produced and starred as Detective Michael Britten in NBC’s critically acclaimed dual-reality drama “Awake.” He has also appeared in “The West Wing” and “Entourage.”
Jason recently appeared in the feature “Sweetwater” alongside Ed Harris and January Jones, which premiered at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival. That year, he completed “After the Fall” executive produced by Terrence Malick and directed by Saar Klein, “Field of Lost Shoes” directed by Sean McNamara and “London Fields” directed by Mathew Cullen. He appeared in the NBC miniseries event “Rosemary’s Baby” in April 2014 and was seen alongside Brad Pitt in “Fury” in October 2014.
Jason is currently filming the action-adventure event series “DIG” for USA Network from the minds behind “Heroes” and “Homeland,” to premiere on March 5, 2015.
We are pleased to announce the coming of Stanislav Ianevski at the second edition of the Welcome to the Magic School. This event will take place on February 13th & 14th,2016 in Paris.
Stanislav Ianevski is a Bulgarian actor who is perhaps best known for playing Viktor Krum in the 2005 film Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
Ianevski was born in Sofia, Bulgaria and lived in England for five years and Israel. While attending Mill Hill School in the United Kingdom with fellow Harry Potter actor, Harry Melling, Ianevski had no particular acting aspirations and was not a drama student. He had only auditioned for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire after being spotted by Fiona Weir, a casting director who prompted him to attend an acting workshop, which resulted in his casting as Viktor Krum, a Bulgarian character in the Harry Potter series. He was selected from 650 others, most of whom had auditioned in Sofia, Bulgaria.
He also starred in Hostel: Part II, the sequel to Eli Roth's film Hostel. He reprised his role as Viktor Krum in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1. However, his sequences were cut from the final film.

Predrag Bjelac is a Serbian actor best known for playing Igor Karkaroff in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and Lord Donnon in The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian. He is a graduate of the Belgrade University's Faculty of Dramatic Arts (FDU), class of 1986, and studied at The Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute (1988) in New York. He currently resides both in Prague, Czech Republic and Belgrade, Serbia.
We are pleased to announce the coming of Natalia Tena at the second edition of the Welcome to the Magic School. This event will take place on February 13th & 14th,2016 in Paris.
She is born 1 November 1984, Natalia is a British actress and musician of Spanish descent. She played Nymphadora Tonks in the Harry Potter film series, and the wildling Osha in the HBO series Game of Thrones. She is the lead of the British band Molotov Jukebox, as main vocalist and sings while playing the accordion. The band released its new album Carnival Flower in 2014.
Tena made her professional debut as Ellie in About a Boy (2002), and began acting full-time in 2003. She has played lead roles in stage adaptations of Gone to Earth in 2004, and Nights at the Circus in 2006.
In 2007, Tena appeared in the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix playing the character Nymphadora Tonks. Tena reprised this role in its sequels Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, in 2009, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1 in 2010 and Part 2 in 2011. Tena is best known for the role of Nymphadora Tonks due to the international success of the series.
She hosted a behind-the-scenes featurette entitled "Trailing Tonks" for the subsequent DVD and Blu-ray release, and is credited as producer and director of the featurette, in which she also performs an original Christmas-themed blues song on guitar, which she composed while working as a busker on the London Underground.
In 2011 she played a lead role in the Scottish Film You Instead. She also appears as Osha in HBO's Game of Thrones. In March 2013, she starred in the official music video for Lapalux's single "Without You (ft. Kerry Leatham)".
In 2015, Tena starred as the lead, Jennifer Preston, in the British mini-series titles "Residue".
