What every Pass include:
A numbered and reserved seat in your name in the Great Hall:
When you will arrive on the site of the event, during the registration time of the Pass (The previous Friday from 5:30pm to 8:00pm and on Saturday morning at 8:30 am) you will receive your pass for the weekend, a seat number will be given to you, it will be your place in the Great Hall for all activities of the weekend. The allocation of these seats is through purchase order)

The access to the question/answer Panels (Q&A) between fans and actors:
During the weekend, each actor will participate in one panel at a minimum. He will join you in the Great Hall, on stage to answer all your questions, so this is a time during which attendees may, in turn, ask questions to the actors, whether on their careers, their projects, their tastes, their characters … Each panel lasts from 40 minutes to an hour and a translator will be present to translate (if necessary) questions and answers of guests.
During the weekend, many activities have continuously places in the Great Hall, these activities are still in keeping with the theme of the convention.
Quiz between Fans:
This is a time where you can ask questions between fans to test your knowledge of the series/movie/saga according the theme of the event. A lot will be offered to those who find the answer as well as those who asked the question, depending on the difficulty of the questions, you will win more or less large prizes

Manu Bennett & les Cosplayers - Convention Rebels Spartacus
Recognized and professionals Cosplayers from around the world will be present at all of our events. They will always cosplayed in keeping with the theme of the convention. They will show you and share with you their passion. They will also attend to special photo opportunities with you
Cosplays Contest :
You will also can slip into the shoes of your favorite characters, during our Cosplay contest, chaired by the professional Cosplayers. This contest will be open to you. Rules: walk on stage, you can improvise something, and you will introduce you. Once all participants will had their time on stage, the jury will deliberate and you could win one of three prizes !
A Candidate of "Beauxbatons" Cosplay Contest
Other activities will be proposed to all holders of a Pass, always according the theme of the event, as for example with Panel of comedians/French voices of your favorite actors, make-up stands, workshops…

Each Entrant will also have:
Access to shopping stand: Designers, Illustrators, Sellers of official products sometimes coming from the other side of the world will be present to offer exceptional products.
A Photo support: An A3 Poster will be offered to all participants, it’s a souvenir poster, created especially for the event, which can be used for autograph sessions.
Description of Extras:
An Extra is a supplement that is added to your access Pass, such as a “Photo’op” an “autograph” an access to the “Meeting-Room”, an “Evening” access, a “Private session” access.
Some Pass already included Extras.
For each of your Extra, you will be called by row by our staff. Your Pass Class, your seat number and your rank corresponds at your order of passage.
The Photo’ops :
This is a unique moment, where you can be photographied with your favorite actor(s) in one of our photographic studios, you will be in the arms of your actors, and a professional photographer will take care of shooting you. Your photo(s) will be printed and available later in the day.
- The “Single” Photo’ops: These are the Photos taken with one actor. A ticket for a “Single” Photo’op allows you to be one with this actor. If you wish to be two, you will need two tickets.
- The “Duo” or “Trio” or “Group” Photo’ops: These are the Photos taken with several actors: two (duo) or three (trio) or more (Group). A ticket for a “Duo” or “Trio” or “Group” Photo’op allows you to be up to two people on the same photo with the same ticket.
These Extras give you access to the Autographs of actors. An autograph ticket entitles you to one dedication, if you want more autographs of the same actor, you must bring with you all Autographs Tickets as necessary.
Items to be signed are regulated, only official products (books, DVD ...), the photo'ops taken during the convention, photographs items available during the convention, or the A3 posters offered are allowed. Printed photos, photos from other conventions, magazines or posters are prohibited.
During the autograph sessions you can also exchange a few words with your favorite actors, offer a gifts, a Fanbook etc…
A translator is always present alongside each actor so that you can communicate easily if you do not speak English.
Warm and very special time, available in limited quantities (10 to 20 seats by Meeting-Room) where you can get acquainted with your actor, discuss, share in his company. That moment lasts 30 minutes, and you will be invited to go in a small lounge privatized.
A translator will be present to facilitate dialogue.
A souvenir photo of that special moment can be taken. (To the extent possible, depending on the availability of our photographers)
The Private Session : Exclusive moment (limited to 20 people or less) with all actors. It’s a bit the same principle as for the Meeting-Rooms but this time in the company of all Guests and above: you can capture that unique moment by Selfies with each actor.
This is THE time when you can be closer to all actors, discuss, exchange, photographied yourself together… You will share a special moment with them. (At least during 30 minutes)
Themed Party : Party of Saturday night in the presence of Actors, according to the theme of the event.
The actors will join you on the Dancefloor, to chat, dance and party with you!
A buffet of drinks, snacks, candy, will be installed. Alcohol beverages will be available at hotel bar and authorized inside the event in the evening room but will not be available on our buffets to respect the minors (under -18).
