🕦 Doors will open for registration at 8:00 AM
🎟️ REGISTRATION 🎟️
Registration is mandatory to access the event. It will start at 8:00 AM and will remain open throughout the day, allowing you to arrive at the time that suits you based on your extras and the activities you wish to participate in. However, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before the start of your extras.
To ensure a quick and smooth registration, please have your pass ticket with the visible QR code ready (preferably in printed form), as well as your ID. At this stage, there is no need to show your extras tickets.
In case of falsified documents, you will be immediately escorted out of the convention.
⚠️ Attention: ⚠️ If you are a minor, even if accompanied by your legal guardian or another adult, you must also provide the official parental consent from People Convention signed by your legal guardian, along with a copy of their ID.
WITHOUT THESE DOCUMENTS: Access to the convention will be denied, with no possibility of a refund. Additionally, we do not accept parental authorizations on free paper or those not provided by People Convention.
Parents without a pass can accompany their child to the registration, but once it’s done, they will be asked to leave the venue.
Parents with a pass accompanying a child under 12 must show the child’s ID to be able to accompany them to the extras.
Reminder: Possession of a pass is MANDATORY. Without a pass, you cannot access the event. Having a ticket for an extra (autograph, photo’op, selfie, or Meet & Greet) does not give you access to the event. Without a pass, your extra ticket is unusable and non-refundable.
At registration, a bracelet corresponding to your pass category will be given to you. This bracelet allows you to enter and exit the event freely. You will have your designated seat for the panel noted on your bracelet.
Please note that you cannot collect the bracelet of someone who is not physically present with you. ID checks will be conducted regularly, including during extras.
During the event, you must wear your bracelet at all times. No replacements will be given in case of loss, forgetfulness, or damage. You will need it to access the event. If your access bracelet is damaged, we reserve the right to deny entry.
We remind you that reselling or exchanging extra tickets is prohibited.
If your ticket (whether a pass or extra) shows as “already scanned” when you pass through, we unfortunately cannot assist you. Tickets are your responsibility; if you’ve posted or duplicated them and a copy was used, it is not our responsibility.
🗓️ SCHEDULE 🗓️
Here is the full event schedule. Please note that the schedule is for informational purposes and can be subject to changes at any time, even during the event.

Screen calls (panel room) will be done throughout the day to inform you at the start of each extra activity. Multiple screen calls will be made in the panel room, so it is unnecessary to wait in front of the extra rooms if no call has been made for your extra. You must follow the screen calls to ensure you don’t miss your activities. Be sure to respect your designated session.
An X (formerly Twitter) account (@PEOPLECONLIVE) will be dedicated to the event. It will broadcast general event information as well as the different calls for extras/activities. We strongly recommend following the account to stay up to date on your extras and activities.
If you have multiple photos with the same guest on the same day, you can take them one after the other. If you miss your extra despite the numerous calls, we cannot be held responsible; there will be no rescheduled session, and your ticket will be lost and non-refundable.
⚠️ For security reasons, our agents will be responsible for evacuating the corridors. Please head to the panel room or the convention space hall (stands and activities) as soon as your extras are completed. ⚠️
🎫 To respect the schedule, please note that a very limited quantity of extras will be available for sale on-site. Anything sold out online will also be sold out on-site. The online ticketing service will remain available throughout the event.
⚠️ Please note that our credit card machines may sometimes malfunction due to an unstable Wi-Fi connection. We recommend preparing cash for any potential purchases on-site, just in case.
❌ PROHIBITED ITEMS ❌
To ensure everyone’s safety, we have established a list of items that will not be allowed at the event. Please familiarize yourself with this list to avoid being denied entry on the day. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cloakrooms at the event. We suggest making arrangements for your luggage ahead of time.

🎤 PANEL ROOMS AND ACTIVITIES 🎤
Seating in the panel room is assigned for all activities and panels. Your seat number is indicated on your ticket. Please check to ensure it is correct. If you cannot find it, please download your ticket again.
Access to the panel room is from level 2 for rows A to V and level 3 for rows W to AG.
We strongly encourage you to participate in the games and quizzes in the panel room, as they offer a chance to win prizes and even extras! This space is open all day for pass holders. Simply show your bracelet to our staff at the entrance to the room.
PANEL
The panel is a Q&A session between participants and guests. You are invited to ask questions. This is not a moment for declarations or speeches, so please save those for the autograph session.
Before each panel, we will ask those wishing to ask a question to raise their hand. Our staff will randomly distribute “question tickets” in the room. We cannot guarantee that everyone selected will have the opportunity to ask their question.
Questions will be filtered by a member of our team.
For contractual reasons, filming of the opening and closing ceremonies, as well as panels, is strictly prohibited. Photos without flash are allowed.
🍔 FOOD* 🍔
Although the panel room remains open during the lunch break, food and drinks are not allowed. A list of restaurants at the Palais des Congrès is available here. Franprix and Carrefour City stores are easily accessible around the event, and there is an outdoor area to sit and eat in front of the Palais des Congrès (on the Place Maillot side).

Think of simple poses. Avoid props. If you would like to show the guests a pose you’d like to do, consider printing it out. We cannot be held responsible if the pose you chose is not achievable. Allowed poses will be at the discretion of the guest and their agent.
If you have multiple photos with the same guest, plan your different poses in advance.
If you “don’t like your face” in a photo, unfortunately, that won’t be a valid reason for a retake. Only photos with clear issues (closed eyes, reflection in glasses, etc.) will be acceptable.
Phones are strictly prohibited during extras with guests. You must leave them in your bag or give them to a companion. No phones on you, in your pockets, or elsewhere. Violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion from the event, with no refund, and you will not be allowed to participate in any other extras.
Photo Printing
Photos at this event will be printed on-site. You will receive your print immediately before leaving the photo studio!
The HD digital version will also be available for purchase via the QR code included with your photo folder.
Children under 12 are allowed to have an accompanying adult (who will not be in the photo) upon presentation of the child’s ID.
Reprinting Your Photos in Larger Format
To guarantee live printing at our events, photos are printed in A5 format and given to you in a folder. For those who want a larger memory of the encounter, a printer will be available to reprint your photo in A4 format. You will need to have your digital photo before requesting the reprint.
✍️ AUTOGRAPHS ✍️
If you want your autograph personalized with your name, please prepare a post-it or piece of paper with your name clearly written before arriving in front of the guest.
Some guests may not personalize autographs, and unfortunately, we cannot force them to do so.
📸 Approved Autograph Supports
Approved autograph supports, as authorized by the agents, will be available for €5 each at the extras shop. Please note that they will be available ONLY at the extras shop and not directly at the autograph tables. Any other supports may be rejected by the actors or their agents.
Phones are strictly prohibited during autograph extras. You must leave them in your bag or give them to a companion. No phones on you, in your pockets, or elsewhere. Violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion from the event, with no refund, and you will not be allowed to participate in any other extras.
Gifts
You may give gifts to the actors only during the autograph sessions.
📹 VIDEOS 📹
Filming is strictly prohibited, whether during panels, photo’ops, autographs, selfies, meet & greets, or in the corridors. It is also forbidden to take photos of the actors when they are not on stage. There will be no warnings; if you are caught filming, you will be immediately removed from the event with no refund. These measures are in place to respect the actors’ image rights.
OTHER INFORMATION
🎬 The complete DVD of the convention will also be available for pre-sale at the extras shop and will be mailed to you once production is finished. We remind you that on-site DVD sales are pre-sales. Therefore, we cannot provide an exact release date until the DVD is fully produced.
🎁 There will also be a raffle, where you may have the chance to win extras. Visit the extra shop to purchase one or more tickets and try your luck!
