FAQ
How to participate?
To participate, you must purchase your access pass in advance through our online ticketing. Please note: anyone arriving at the event with extras but without an entry pass will be denied access and will not be able to use their extras.
Important: the pass is issued in your name. It is non-transferable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable, except in case of event cancellation by us. Reselling your pass is illegal, and we reserve the right to cancel any pass if issues arise.
If the event is not sold out, it is possible to purchase your access pass on-site (while supplies last).
I am under 18, can I attend the event?
Of course! However, you must present a parental consent form along with a copy of the ID of the parent or legal guardian who completed it when collecting your pass. Only a parent or legal guardian can fill out this document. Please note that minors under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note: only the official People Convention parental authorization form will be accepted. You can find it here.
Entry passes are free for children aged 3 to 5, provided the child sits on the parent’s lap. Admission is charged for children aged 6 and over.
Please note: we do not offer separate tickets for parents accompanying children.
– Parents without a pass may accompany their child until the registration, but must leave afterward.
– Parents with a pass, accompanying a child under 12, must present the child’s ID to access extras with them.
What can I expect on the day of the event?
Get ready for a unique experience surrounded by a community of fans who share your passion!
Depending on your Pass, you will be able to attend panels (Q&A sessions with the guests on stage) as well as various activities held throughout the day, including games, quizzes and, whenever possible, cosplay contests, karaoke and more.
You will also have the opportunity to meet members of the cast during photo ops, autograph sessions, selfies and Meet & Greets: exclusive small-group meetings held in a private room.
All Pass holders will also be able to enjoy themed sets and photo spots inspired by the series, and explore stands offering exclusive merchandise and collectibles.
Please note: when a Visitor Pass is available, it does not include access to the room hosting panels and activities. However, it does provide access to the event’s themed sets, photo spots and merchandise stands. Visitor Pass holders may also purchase additional extras, including photo ops, autographs, selfies and Meet & Greets, subject to availability.
How to access the event on the day?
1. In the queue, have your ID and your pass ready (this is the ticket you received by email with your pass name and a QR code).
🚨 If you are a minor, even if accompanied by an adult, you must also present the official People Convention parental authorization form (available here) completed by your legal guardian, along with a copy of their ID.
2. Present these documents to our staff. In exchange, you will receive a wristband corresponding to your pass type. This wristband will allow you to enter and exit the event throughout the day.
