How does paying in instalments work?

• Your bank account will be debited the first time you make a payment.
• The following payments are automatic and debited from the credit card indicated at the time of ordering (you do not need to take any action).
• If a payment is refused on one of the due dates (for lack of funds or a blocked bank card, for example), you will receive an e-mail suggesting that you pay the amount by another means.
• Direct debits are generally made at the beginning of the month (the banking period may vary depending on the method of payment and the bank).
• If payment in installments is not available when you place your order, this means that the deadline has passed (it is impossible to pay in instalments less than 40 days before the start of an event, for example).
• Your tickets will only be sent to you once we have received the last payment on your schedule.
• If the final payment is not received 10 days before the start of the event, the ticket reserved for you will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be given.
