REGISTRATION
Registration is mandatory to access the event. It will begin at 8:15 AM and remain open all day. To ensure the process is as quick and smooth as possible, please prepare your pass ticket with the QR code clearly visible (preferably printed) along with your ID. In case of falsified documents, you will be immediately escorted out of the convention.
⚠️ Important ⚠️ If you are under 18, you must also provide the parental authorization form (available here) and a copy of the ID of the legal guardian who completed the form.
WITHOUT THESE DOCUMENTS: You will not be allowed access to the convention, and no refunds will be issued. Additionally, we will only accept our parental consent form.
Parents without a pass may accompany their child up to the wristband collection point, but will be asked to leave the premises once this process is complete.
Parents (with a pass) accompanying a child under 12 years old must present the child’s ID to join them for extras.
Reminder: Holding a pass is MANDATORY. Without a pass, you cannot access the event. Having a ticket for an extra (autograph, photo op, selfie, or Meet & Greet) does not grant access to the event. Without a pass, your extra ticket is unusable and non-refundable.
During the registration process, you will be issued two wristbands: one corresponding to your pass category and the other to the color of the panel room, allowing you to enter and exit the event freely. Visitors Pass holders will only receive one wristband.
Please note, you cannot collect a wristband on behalf of someone who is not physically present with you. ID checks will be conducted regularly, including during extras.
You must wear your wristbands at all times during the event. No replacements will be issued in case of loss, forgetting, damage, or tearing. You will need them to access all areas of the event. If your access wristband is damaged, we reserve the right to deny entry.
We remind you that the resale or exchange of extras is strictly prohibited.
If your ticket—whether a pass or an extra—appears as “already scanned” during your entry, we unfortunately cannot assist you. Tickets are your responsibility. If you have shared, mailed, or duplicated your ticket and a copy has been used, it is not our responsibility.
THE SCHEDULE
The full event schedule is available here. Please note that the schedule is provided for informational purposes and may be subject to changes at any time, even during the event.
Microphone and screen calls will be made throughout the day in the Red and Blue room to keep you informed at the beginning of each extra. Multiple screen calls will be made in the Red and Blue room, so there’s no need to wait outside the extra rooms if there hasn’t been a call for your extra. Therefore, you must follow the screen announcements to not miss your different extras/activities. Be sure to respect your designated session.
A Twitter account (@PEOPLECONLIVE) will be dedicated to the event. It will broadcast general information about the event as well as the different calls for extras/activities. We strongly advise you to follow the account to avoid missing your different extras/activities.
If you have multiple photos scheduled during the same time slot, you will be able to take them consecutively. If you miss your extra despite the numerous announcements, we cannot be held responsible. There will be no retake sessions, and your ticket will be lost and non-refundable.
⚠️ For safety reasons, our security staff will clear the hallways. Please proceed to your panel room or the convention hall (booths, bar, activities) as soon as your extras are done ⚠️
🎫 In order to respect the schedule, a very limited amount of extras will be available for sale on site. Items sold out on the ticketing platform will also be sold out on-site. The online ticketing system will remain accessible throughout the event.
⚠️ Please note that our terminals (credit card machines) work poorly sometimes because it depends of the connection quality. We therefore advise you to prepare cash for your potential purchases on site in case of problems.
❌ PROHIBITED ITEMS ❌
To ensure everyone’s safety, we have set a list of items that will not be allowed at the event. Please review this list carefully to avoid being denied entry on the day of the event. We also remind you that a cloakroom will be available on-site.
RED ROOM AND BLUE ROOM (PANELS & ACTIVITIES)
Seating in the Red and Blue rooms is assigned by name for all activities and panels throughout the day. Your seat number is indicated on your ticket. Please check to ensure it is correct. If you cannot find it, download your ticket again.
We strongly encourage you to participate in the games and quizzes offered in the Red and Blue rooms, as they give you the chance to win prizes and even extras! These rooms are accessible all day for Gold, Silver, and Bronze pass holders and feature numerous activities.
⚠️ Please note: The closing ceremony will take place exclusively in the Red room. Blue room pass holders may exceptionally attend (subject to seat availability) and remain until the room closes. ⚠️
PANEL
The panel is a Q&A session between participants and guests, so you are encouraged to ask questions. This is not the time for personal declarations or speeches; use the autograph session for that instead.
Before each panel, those wishing to ask a question will be asked to raise their hand. Our staff will randomly distribute “question tickets” in the room. We cannot guarantee that everyone selected will have time to ask their question.
Questions will be screened by a member of our team.
🍔 FOOD & DRINKS* 🍔
🍔 Food trucks will be available on-site (outdoors) for you to purchase meals, including vegetarian options.
🥤 A bar will also be available inside the venue to purchase drinks.
*Meals and drinks are not included in your pass.
📷 PHOTO OPS 📷
Stick to simple poses. Avoid bringing props. If you want to show a guest a pose you’d like to do, print it out beforehand. We cannot be held responsible if the pose you want is not approved. The final decision on poses rests with the guest and their agent.
If you have multiple photos with the same guest on the same day, plan your different poses in advance.
If you “don’t like how you look” in your photo, unfortunately, this will not be a valid reason for a retake. Only photos with technical issues (e.g., closed eyes, glare on glasses) will be eligible for a retake.
Mobile phones are strictly prohibited during extras with the guests. You must leave them in your bag or with a companion. If you are found with a phone on you or in your pockets, you risk permanent and immediate expulsion from the event without refund, as well as losing access to any other extras.
Photos will be printed on-site in real time. You will receive your printed photo immediately before leaving the studio!
A digital HD version will also be available for purchase via a QR code on your photo folder.
Children under 12 years old are allowed to have an adult chaperone (not in the photo) upon presentation of the child’s ID.
Photo Reprints
To ensure immediate printing, photos will be printed in A5 format and provided in a folder. A printing service will be available to reprint your photos in A4 format. As this service is provided by an external vendor, you must purchase your digital photos before they can be reprinted.
✍️ AUTOGRAPHS ✍️
If you want your autograph to be personalized with your name, prepare a Post-it or paper with your first name written clearly and legibly before reaching the guest.
Some guests may not “personalize” autographs. While we understand this may be disappointing, we cannot compel them to do so.
Mobile phones are strictly prohibited during extras with the guests. You must leave them in your bag or with a companion. Non-compliance with this rule will result in immediate and permanent expulsion from the event, without refund, and you will lose access to any other extras.
🎁 Gifts
You may give gifts to the actors during autograph sessions only.
OTHER ACTIVITIES
In addition to the usual extras and stands, several other activities will be available during the event, including photobooths, fanbook, photocalls, nail art, makeup, tattoos, and the Miss/Mister Mystic Falls contest in each room (Red and Blue) every day! 👑
Fanbook
The fanbook is a book where you can write messages to the actors, share a photo, project, etc. Feel free to bring personal touches like stickers, photos, or anything else to illustrate your message. These fanbooks will be given to the actors at the end of the event.
VIDEOS
Filming is strictly prohibited, whether during panels, photo ops, meet&greet, selfies, autograph sessions, or in the hallways. Photographing actors when they are not on stage is also forbidden.
There will be no warnings; if you are caught filming, you will be immediately expelled from the event without a refund. These measures are in place to protect the actors’ image rights.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
📸 Approved Autograph Supports
Approved autograph supports, as authorized by the agents, will be available for €5 each at the extras shop. Please note that they will be available ONLY at the extras shop and not directly at the autograph tables. Any other supports may be rejected by the actors or their agents.
🎬 Convention DVD
The full convention DVD will also be available for pre-order on-site at the PopCorn Nation stand and will be mailed out once production is complete. Please note that DVD sales on-site are strictly pre-orders. As such, we cannot provide a specific release date until the DVD has been fully approved.
🎁 Raffle
A raffle will also be held, offering the chance to win extras. Visit the extras shop to purchase one or more tickets and try your luck!

CHRISTMAS KARAOKE
Please note that a Gold, Silver, Bronze, or Visitor pass is not required to attend the Friday night Christmas Karaoke. A separate karaoke ticket is sufficient. Tickets are available here.
The event will begin at 9:30 PM and last at least one hour, with Kat Graham. It will take place at the Hilton CDG Airport Hotel.
We have arranged a shuttle bus between Courbevoi’Event and the Hilton. The bus will depart at 8:15 PM from Courbevoi’Event (7 Blvd Aristide Briand, Courbevoie) and leave the Hilton at 11:15 PM for the return trip. Shuttle tickets are available here.
We will open the doors for the registration at 9:00 PM.
