🎟️ Registration
Pass registration is mandatory in order to access the event. It opens at 8:30 a.m. and remains open throughout the day.
To help us make the check-in process smoother, please prepare the following:
→ Your “pass” ticket with the QR code visible (printed version recommended)
→ A valid ID
At this stage, you do not need to present your extras.

If you are a minor, even if accompanied by your legal guardian or another adult, you must also provide
→ the official completed People Convention parental authorization form (we do not accept handwritten parental authorizations)
→ a copy of your legal guardian’s ID
WITHOUT THESE DOCUMENTS: access to the convention will be denied without any possibility of refund.
Parents without a pass may accompany their child until the wristband collection area, but once registration is completed, they will be asked to leave the venue.
Parents with a pass accompanying a child under 12 years old to extras must present the child’s ID.
You will receive a wristband corresponding to your pass. It will allow you to freely enter and leave the event throughout the day. It must be worn at all times. Please note that no duplicate wristband can be issued in case of loss or damage.
For Gold, Silver and Bronze pass holders, your seat assignment in the panel room will be written on your wristband. Please remember that the Visitor pass does not grant access to the panel/activities room.
⚠️ Extras alone do not grant access to the event: a valid pass is mandatory.
⚠️ Passes and extras are strictly personal: you cannot collect the wristband of someone who is not physically present with you. ID checks will be carried out regularly, including during extras.
⚠️ Any fraudulent use will result in exclusion from the event.
⚠️ We remind you that selling, exchanging or reposting extras online is strictly prohibited. If your ticket (pass or extra) appears as “already scanned” when arriving at the event, unfortunately we will not be able to help. Your tickets are your responsibility: if you shared or duplicated them and a copy has already been used, this is not our responsibility.
📆 Schedule
The schedule is available on our website. It is provided for informational purposes only and may be adjusted at any time, including during the event itself.
Screen announcements will be displayed throughout the day in the panel room to inform you when extras are about to begin. Multiple announcements will be made for each extra, so there is no need to wait outside the extras rooms until your extra has been called.
It is extremely important to pay attention to these announcements so you do not miss any of your extras. Please also make sure to respect the session indicated on your ticket.
A dedicated X account (formerly Twitter), @PEOPLECONLIVE, will also share important real-time updates. We strongly recommend following the account to avoid missing any extras or activities.
If you have several photo ops scheduled during the same time slot, you will be able to complete them one after another.
If you miss your extra despite the multiple announcements, we cannot be held responsible: there will be no catch-up session. Your ticket will therefore be lost and non-refundable.
🎫 In order to respect the schedule, please note that only a very limited number of extras will be available for purchase on site. If an extra is sold out online, it will also be sold out at the venue. The online ticketing platform will remain accessible throughout the event.
⚠️ Please note that our card payment machines may occasionally experience issues due to unstable Wi-Fi connections. We therefore recommend bringing cash for any potential on-site purchases.
❌ Prohibited items ❌
To ensure everyone’s safety, we have established a list of prohibited items that will not be allowed at the event. Please make sure to review it carefully to avoid being denied access on the day of the convention.
Unfortunately, cloakrooms will not be available at the event. We recommend planning ahead, especially regarding suitcases or large bags.
🎤 Panels & activities room 🎤
Seating in the panel room is assigned for all activities and panels throughout the day. Your seat number is indicated on your ticket and wristband. Please make sure it is correct. If you cannot find it, please download your ticket again.
We highly encourage you to participate in the games and quizzes organized in the panel room: you may win prizes and even extras!
PANELS
Panels are Q&A sessions between attendees and guests, so you are welcome to ask questions. This is not the right moment for speeches or personal declarations, please save those for autograph sessions.
Before each panel, attendees wishing to ask a question will be invited to raise their hand. Our staff will then randomly distribute “question tickets” throughout the room. We cannot guarantee that everyone selected will have enough time to ask their question.
Questions will be filtered by a member of our team.
Please remember that, for contractual reasons, filming opening ceremonies, closing ceremonies and panels is strictly prohibited. Non-flash photography is allowed.
🍔 Food & drinks 🍔
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the panel room. The room will also be closed during the lunch break. A shopping center located less than a 10-minute walk from the venue will allow you to easily grab lunch during this time.

PHOTO OPS
Please think of simple poses and avoid accessories. If you would like to show the guests a specific pose idea, we recommend printing it beforehand. We cannot be held responsible if your chosen pose cannot be done. Approved poses will be decided by the guest and their agent.
If you have multiple photos with the same guest on the same day, please think about your different poses in advance.
If you “don’t like how you look” in the photo, unfortunately this will not be considered a valid reason for a retake. Only genuinely failed photos (closed eyes, glare on glasses, etc.) may be retaken.
Photo printing
Photos at this event will be printed instantly. You will receive them immediately before leaving the studio.
The HD digital version will also be available for purchase via the QR code printed on your photo sleeve.
Children under 12 years old may be accompanied by one adult (who will not appear in the photo) upon presentation of the child’s ID.
Large-format reprints
To allow instant printing, photos will be printed in A5 format and delivered in a sleeve. An external printer will also be available on site to provide large-format (A4) reprints. As this is an external provider, you will first need to purchase your digital photos before requesting any reprint.
AUTOGRAPHS
To make autograph sessions easier, please prepare your first name clearly written on a sticky note. Some guests may not personalize autographs. Even if this is not our preference, we must respect their instructions.
📷 Agent-approved autograph items will be available for purchase at the extras booth for €5 each. They will only be sold at this booth and not at the autograph tables. Any other item may be refused. An A3 “collector” FMFFM7 Milan print will also be available for purchase at the extras booth for €10.
Gifts
You may only give gifts to actors during autograph sessions.
MEET & GREETS
Please arrive at the Meeting Point 15 minutes before the start of your Meet & Greet. It will be located on level 2 (and indicated on the map handed to you during registration).
⚠️ Phones are strictly prohibited during extras with guests: they must remain inside your bag or be handed to someone you trust. No phones on you or in your pockets. Failure to follow this rule may result in immediate and permanent expulsion from the event without refund, as well as cancellation of your remaining extras.
🎲 Other activities 🎲
In addition to the usual extras and vendor booths available at the event, you will also find the fanbook booth* and a Brother’s Bond Bourbon tasting.
*The fanbook is a souvenir book for the guests, where you can leave a message, add a photo, share a project or a memory related to the show. Feel free to bring personal elements to decorate your page: photos, stickers, drawings, handwritten notes, etc.
The fanbooks will be given to the guests at the end of the event.
🎥 Videos 🎥
Filming is strictly prohibited (panels, photo ops, autographs, selfies, meet & greets, hallways). It is also forbidden to photograph actors off stage.
No warning will be given: any violation will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
Additional information
🎬 The full convention DVD will be available for pre-order on site at the extras booth and shipped by mail after production. No release date can be announced at this time.
🎁 A raffle will also be organized, giving you the chance to win extras. Visit the extras booth to participate.
