Important information about The Happy Ending Con 5* *(Please read this message carefully, a lot of answers to your questions are probably here) PRACTICAL INFORMATION Event address: Hilton Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, 8 Rue de Rome, 93290 Tremblay-en-France Evil Cocktail Party schedule: Saturday 11 November at 19:30 The Happy Ending Con 5 schedule: Sunday 12 November from 9:00 Getting to the event : Subway / Train : CDGVAL terminal 3, RER B Aéroport Charles-de-Gaulle Car : Paid hotel parking First of all, please note that a really small quantity of Extras will be available for sale on site. (To respect the schedule, we must limit the quantity of extras available at the convention). Extras soldout online will be also soldout on site. Please note that we always have some troubles of connection with our payment card machine due to the very bad WIFI reception at the venue, so please think about having some cash with you for your potential purchases in case of problems. REGISTRATION The registration opens on Saturday from 6:30pm-7:30pm in the lobby of the hotel, and at 9am on Sunday then, you will be able to get registered at our shop all day long. To register you will need your ID and all your proof of purchase printed on checkable on your phone. No access will be given without ID. You can’t do the registration for someone else, no exception to this rule. We will give you an access bracelet which will allow you to circulate in the event.During the event, you need to wear your bracelet at all times. You won’t get a second one if you lose or forget it. You will need it to access the event at all times. ⚠️ Warning ⚠️If you are under 18, you will also need to : – fill the Parental authorization (available below) ; – provide us with a a copy of the ID of the legal guardian who signed it. WITHOUT THESE DOCUMENTS: The access to the event will be denied, without any refund. Besides, we are not accepting Parental authorization that is not ours. |
SCHEDULE:
The Evil Cocktail Party will start at 7:30pm. Dinner/buffet is included in your cocktail access.
Actors will attend for a minimum of 1 hour, they will go to each table to chat with you! Our photographer will be there to take pictures of these moments; personal photos and videos are strictly forbidden.
You will be a maximum of 9 people per table. We advise you to arrive in advance to pick up a table with your friends.
LUNCH
A lunch break is scheduled for approximately 45minutes, the Hilton will propose a lunch buffet with: focaccia, pastas, fresh beverages, desserts… A menu will cost around €15.
CALL TIME FOR EXTRAS
The time call for your extras isn’t random, you will be called by type of passes and by rows and you will be able to follow directly how it goes on the big screen of the panel room, a staff will accompany and guide you.
Thank you for respecting this order to avoid delaying the schedule.
Staff will be in charge of controlling, if you don’t follow the calls, your extra might be cancelled.
MEETING ROOM
People having a meeting room will be accompanied by a member of our team, you will have to be at the « Meeting Point » (on the right of the stage) 15 minutes prior your meeting starts and our staff will make sure you have priority at the photo ops you might have at the same time. Please make sure you follow these instructions and your guide 🙂 Don’t go to your photo ops without your guide under any circumstances if you have a Meeting! No refund or replacement will be processed if you don’t follow these instructions.
PANEL
The panels are a time for questions and answers with the audience, you are invited to ask your questions, this is however not a time for long declarations but you can use the autograph sessions for this.
PHOTO OPS
Please think about your poses in advance, simple poses are recommended.
Please avoid accessories.
We remind you that you are not authorized to resell or exchange your extras.
GIFT POLICY
Gifts can be offered during the autograph only.
VIDEOS
We remind that it’s strictly forbidden to film/record, either during panels, photo ops, autographs, selfies, or in the hallways.
It’s also forbidden to take pictures of the actors if they are not on stage
Sanctions will apply: at the second time during a panel, you will be excluded from this panel.
And if you are filming or taking pictures during photo ops, autographs or in the hallways, your extras will be cancelled without refund.
DIGITAL PICTURES
In addition to the printed version you will get at the convention, the digital version of your pictures will be available online during the day of the event, you will have to go on the website written on the back of your printed picture, and you will be able to get the HQ of your picture.
We will also have a reprint booth, to get your picture on bigger size or posters.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Approved autograph pictures will be available from €3 to €5 starting at our shop.
- You will also get an exclusive event poster for free.
It’s now the last week of preparation for us, we have a lot of work and we hope you will understand we won’t be as much available on social media or by email.
