🎟️ Registration
Registration is a mandatory step to access the event. It opens at 8:00 a.m. and remains available throughout the day.
To facilitate the process, please prepare the following:
– Your “pass” ticket with visible QR code (printed version recommended)
– A valid ID
– Your collector booklet ticket (if purchased online)
– Your Fast Line ticket (if applicable)
At this stage, you do not need to present your extras.

If you are a minor, even if accompanied by a legal guardian or an adult, you must also provide:
→ the official People Convention parental authorization form (handwritten letters will not be accepted)
→ a copy of the legal guardian’s ID
WITHOUT THESE DOCUMENTS: access to the convention will be denied, with no refund possible.
Parents without a pass may accompany their child up to the wristband collection area, but will be asked to leave once this step is completed.
Parents with a pass accompanying a child under 12 must present the child’s ID in order to access extras with them.
You will receive a wristband corresponding to your pass. It will allow you to enter and leave the event freely throughout the day and must be worn at all times. No duplicate wristbands will be issued in case of loss or damage.
For Gold, Silver and Bronze passes: your seat in the panel room will be indicated on your wristband. Please note that Visitor Pass holders do not have access to the panel room.
⚠️ Extras alone do not grant access to the event: a valid pass is required.
⚠️ Passes and extras are strictly personal: you cannot collect a wristband for someone who is not physically present. ID checks will be carried out regularly, including during extras.
⚠️ Any fraudulent use will result in exclusion from the event.
⚠️ The resale or exchange of extras is strictly prohibited. If your ticket (pass or extra) appears as “already scanned,” we will not be able to assist. Tickets are your responsibility: if shared or duplicated and used by someone else, this is not our responsibility.
🐕🦺 Animals are unfortunately not allowed at the event, with the exception of assistance dogs.
🗓️ Schedule
The schedule is available on our website. It is provided for guidance only and may be adjusted at any time, including during the event.
Announcements will be displayed on the panel room screens throughout the day to keep you informed at the start of each extra. We kindly ask you to pay close attention to them. Please also make sure to respect your assigned session.
A dedicated X (formerly Twitter) account (@PEOPLECONLIVE) will also share important updates in real time. We strongly recommend following it.
If you have multiple photo ops at the same time slot, you will be able to complete them consecutively. If you miss your extra despite multiple announcements, we cannot be held responsible: there are no rescheduled sessions. Your ticket will be considered used and is non-refundable.
🎫 To maintain the schedule, only a very limited number of extras will be available for purchase on site. Sold-out extras online will remain sold out on site. The online ticketing platform will remain open throughout the event.
⚠️ Please note that our card payment terminals may occasionally experience issues due to unstable Wi-Fi. We recommend bringing cash for any on-site purchases.
❌ Prohibited items ❌
To ensure everyone’s safety, certain items are not allowed at the event. Please review the list to avoid being denied entry.
Please note that cloakroom facilities will not be available. We recommend making arrangements in advance, especially for luggage.
🎤 Panel room 🎤
The panel room is freely accessible throughout the day to all Gold, Silver, and Bronze pass holders. We highly recommend taking part in the games and quizzes offered there, they’ll give you the chance to win prizes and even extras.
Panels are Q&A sessions between attendees and guests. You are invited to ask questions. This is not the right moment for speeches or personal statements, please use autograph sessions for that.
Before each panel, attendees wishing to ask a question will be asked to raise their hands. Our staff will then randomly distribute “question tickets.” We cannot guarantee that all selected participants will have time to ask their question.
Questions will be reviewed by a member of our team.
For Nell and Dacre’s panels, questions were pre-approved, and selected participants have been or will be contacted directly by email.
Please note that, for contractual reasons, filming panels is strictly prohibited. Photos without flash are allowed.
🍔 Food & beverages 🍔
The IFEMA Madrid cafeteria will be available to you. A daily set menu (starter, main course, and dessert) will be offered. You will also find a Burger King and pizza options across from Hall 5.

PHOTO OPS
Please keep poses simple and avoid accessories. If you would like to show a pose to the guest, we recommend printing it. We cannot guarantee that your chosen pose will be accepted. Final approval is at the discretion of the guest and their agent.
If you have multiple photos with the same guest on the same day, plan your poses in advance.
If you are unhappy with your appearance in the photo, it will not be retaken. Only technical issues (closed eyes, glare, etc.) will be considered.
Photo printing
Photos will be printed instantly and handed to you before leaving the studio.
A digital HD version will also be available for purchase via the QR code on your photo sleeve.
Children under 12 may be accompanied by an adult (who will not appear in the photo), upon presentation of the child’s ID.
Large format reprints
Photos are printed in A5 format for immediate delivery. A vendor will offer A4 reprints. As this is an external service, you must purchase the digital version beforehand.
AUTOGRAPHS
To facilitate signing, please prepare your name clearly written on a post-it. Some guests may not personalize autographs. Even though it is not our preference, we must comply with this requirement.
📸 Agent-approved autograph items will be available for €5 each at the extras booth. They will only be available at this booth and not at the autograph tables. Any other items may be refused.
An official collector booklet will also be available for purchase at the extras shop for €20. In A4 format and in limited quantities, it’s the perfect keepsake to capture your weekend. You’ll be able to collect autographs, write messages to each other, and preserve your memories.
Gifts
Gifts can only be given to guests during autograph sessions.
For those who booked an extra with Dacre Montgomery on Sunday, April 5, please read the following information:
- If you are available on Saturday, April 4, we are offering you a Visitor Pass for that day so you can complete your extra with Dacre. Please send us your extra ticket by email at contact@people-conv.com
- If you are not available on Saturday, you can of course request a refund for your extra by contacting us at the same email address.
Please note that we are currently receiving a high volume of emails, which may result in longer response times than usual.
MEET & GREET
Please arrive at the Meeting Point 15 minutes before your session. It will be located at the entrance of the convention area, on the right.
⚠️ Phones are strictly prohibited during extras. They must remain in your bag or with someone else. No phones in hands or pockets. Failure to comply may result in immediate and permanent exclusion without refund.
🎲 Other activities 🎲
In addition to extras, booths and activities, you’ll also find:
🎯 Immersive activities: a demogorgon shooting range (with prizes to be won) and arcade games.
Photo sets include: 🏀 basketball court, 🧠 telekinesis room, 🌫 Upside Down tunnel, 🌈 Rainbow Room, 🏠 Will’s living room… and more.
📹 Videos 📹
Filming is strictly prohibited (panels, photo ops, autographs, selfies, meet & greets, hallways). Photographing actors outside of stage appearances is also forbidden.
No warnings will be given: any violation will result in immediate exclusion without refund.
Additional information
🎬 The full convention DVD will be available for pre-order on site and shipped after production. No release date can be confirmed at this time.
🎁 A raffle will be organized with extras to be won. Visit the extras booth to participate.
