Important information about the Stranger Fan Meet Limited Edition
As you know, the event will take place at the Parc des expositions of Villepinte Hall 8, this Sunday April 30th.
Event hours: 10:30am to 7pm
Registration: mandatory step to access the event will be open from 8:45am and will stay open all day long, so you can arrive whenever you want.
Please note that a very limited amount of extras will be available for sale on site. In order to respect the schedule, we have to limit the number of extras available on site.
Tickets remains available online till the end of the event
But these are the LAST stocks.
Please note that our terminals (credit card machines) work poorly sometimes because it depends of the connection quality. We therefore advise you to prepare cash for your potential purchases on site in case of problems. There are a lot of ATM in the exposition Parc, including one in front of the Hall 8 on the square.
Reminder: Having a pass (General access) is MANDATORY. Without a pass you cannot access the event. Having a ticket for an extra (autograph, photo’op, selfie or panel) does not give you access to the event. Without a pass, your extra ticket is useless.
! Please note! If you are under 18, you must also give us the parental authorization available on our website here as well as a copy of the ID of your legal guardian who completed it.
WITHOUT THESE DOCUMENTS: You will be denied access to the convention, with no refund possible. Furthermore, we do not accept parental authorizations on plain paper and/or other than the one in the People Convention.
Parents will be allowed to accompany their child to the registration, but then, they will be asked to leave the convention if they do not have an access pass as well.
The complete schedule of the event is available on our website, as an indication. Please note that it is not impossible that for any reason, the event may have some delays or small changes.
Attention, if you have a general pass and a fast line ticket, the fast line does not allow you to enter the event in priority. It’s only to access the priority lane for your extras.
Registration: you will have to get your event bracket access.
Without it you will not be able to access the event. To do so, you must prepare your etickets of access pass (print version recommended) but also prepare your fast line ticket, if you have one.
A special bracelet will be given to you for your general access and will allow you to go in and out as much as you want.
If you have a fastline ticket, a different bracelet will be given to you so you can access the dedicated priority lanes for the activities.
So, your fast access should be picked up at the registration.
Note: as you were able to choose your personal seat in the Panel room, fast line access is not applicable for it.
In case of false document, you will be immediately expelled from the event.
You can’t register from someone who is not physically present with you. ID check will be regularly done.
During the weekend you must wear your bracelet(s) at all times. No duplicates will be given in case of loss, forgetfulness or breakage/tear. You will need it/them for all access in the event.
We remind you that you have the right to enter and exit the event as many times as you wish, but if your access bracelet is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse you entry.
If your ticket (of any kind: access, photo’ops, panel, autograph…) appears as “already scanned” while it’s your turn: unfortunately we won’t be able to do anything, your tickets are under your personal responsibility. If you posted them or duplicated them and a copy has been used there is nothing we can’t do.
In order to guarantee the safety of all, we have set up a list of objects that will not be allowed in the event. Please take note of it so that you are not refused access on the day. We also remind you that we do not have a checkroom!
Regarding sanitary measures, we advise you to wear a mask (except when taking pictures) and to use hydro-alcoholic gel regularly.
As you know, the seats in the panel room are reserved under your name for the Panel of Millie and the one of Raphael, but become completely free for all other activities of the day, closing ceremony included. No seat can be reserved for free activities.
We really recommend you to not miss attending all the games, quizz, and contests that we propose. You can win some gift, goodies, and even extras there!
These activities are access free for all attendees all day long (except during the panel of Millie and the one of Raphael).
PLANNING AND PASSAGE:
The schedule is available on our website. You will have to organize yourself according to the given schedule. Extras have precise times that are already indicated the schedule. Microphone calls will be made throughout the day to keep you informed at the beginning of each extra.
Several calls will be made, so there is no need to wait in front of the rooms until there is a call for your extra, rather enjoy the rest of the event and other activities.
Our security will be responsible for clearing the hallways if it is not your turn, for safety reasons.
If you have two photos to do at the same time slot, you will be able to take both. But keep in mind the microphone calls. If you miss your extra despite the many calls, we can not be held responsible, there is no retake session, your ticket will be lost and not refundable.
MEALS :
We will have a food court with various option including veggie ones:
As we previously presented, we will have:
– A pizza place: Surfer Boy Pizza
– A hot dog and French fries: the upside down snack
– A bar and refreshments truck: the Hellfire bar
– A sweet place with donuts, cookies.. and waffles! Hawkins high school
– And an ice cream place: Ahoy!
Meals are not included in your access pass.
PANEL:
The panel is a question and answer moment with the whole audience, so you are welcome to ask your questions to the guests. But don’t be personal, It is not a time for big love declaration or long speech, use the more private autograph time for that please.
Questions will be moderated by our staff.
You will be allowed to leave the panel room during the course of the session if you wish, to do your extras for example. It will also be possible to access a panel that has already started.
PHOTOS :
Due to the unstable health situation, please think about simple poses. Avoid props. The authorized poses will be at the choice of the actor and/or actress.
We remind you that the resale or exchange of extras is prohibited.
If you have two photos with the same guest on the same day, prepare your poses ideas in advance.
Cell phones are strictly forbidden during extras with actors, you will have to leave them in your bag or give it to a friend.
No phones with you or in your pockets. The risk would be a definitive exclusion from the event, without refund, and doing your other potential extras will be not permitted if you do not respect this rule.
If you want to show a specific pose you would like to do with the actors, please print it.
The printed version of your photo’op will be made immediately after you took this picture.
A HD online version of your picture will be immediately available to purchase as well via a link written on the envelop of your printed picture
GIFTS :
You can give gifts to actors at the time of autographs and/or selfies only.
AUTOGRAPH :
If you want your autograph to be signed with your name, remember to prepare a post-it or a paper with your first name written in large and legible letters before arriving in front of the actor or actress.
Some guests may not personalize their autographs, and even if it’s not something we wish, there is nothing we can do about.
Cell phones are strictly forbidden during extras with the actors, you will have to leave them in your bag or give it to a relative. No phone on you, nor in your pockets, you risk a firm and definitive exclusion from the event, without refund and the impossibility to do your other potential extras if you do not respect this rule.
OTHER ACTIVITIES:
In addition to the usual extras, exhibitors, and booths, several other activities are planned on the event: arcade game, board games, replica of the series’ sets, rollers, photo booths, fanbook area, And of course the very popular cosplay contests, TikTok contest and Miss and Mister Hawkins!
VIDEO :
We remind you that it is strictly forbidden to film, whether it is the panels, photo ops or autographs, selfies, or in the corridors. It is also forbidden to take pictures of the actors if they are not on stage. There will be no warning if you are caught filming: you will be immediately excluded from the event without refund. These measures are to protect the actors’ image’s rights.
FANBOOK:
Fanbook are books where you write a message to the guests, share a picture, a project.. with them.
Don’t hesitate to bring personal materials, such as pictures, stickers.. to illustrate your message.
These books will be given to the actors at the end of the event.
PARKING/HOW TO REACH THE EVENT:
The easiest way to reach the hall 8 is by train: the RER B stop at: Parc des expositions.
You will arrives right in front of the Hall 8!
By car: the parking will be the P1. The venue propose a unique price of 20€ for the day.
Price has not been defined by us but by the venue.
Then, you can reach the Hall 8 two ways:
– We propose a shuttle service each 10minutes going from the parking P1 to the Hall 8. And return. It will be available all along the day. This is the way we recommend to avoid you to get lost as this parc is really big!
– Walking: you will have to follow the event signs leading to the hall 8. This is not a small walk, at least 20 minutes to plan.
OTHER INFORMATION:
– If you would like additional prints of your photos, this will be available in many sizes including poster.
On this booth only cash will be allowed cause there is no credit card machine.
– Approved autograph pictures will be available for 5€ each at the extras shop. We remind you that they will be available ONLY at the extra shop and not at the autograph table directly.
– The complete DVD of the convention will also be available for pre-sale on site and will be available after production. These dvd are pre-sales so we are not able to give an exact date of availabilities. Approval delays may varies.
– There will be a raffle where you can win extras.. you can get raffle tickets at the extra shop to buy one or more tickets and try to win extras!
