Important instruction about the Stranger Fan Meet
Please read this message carefully, many answers to your questions will be included
As you know, the event will take place at the Palais des Congrès in Paris on December 17 and 18.
Please note that a very limited amount of extras will be available for sale on site. In order to respect the schedule, we have to limit the number of extras available on site.
These are the LAST stocks.
Please note that our terminals (credit card machines) sometimes work poorly because it depends on the connection. We therefore advise you to prepare cash for your potential purchases on site in case of problems.
Reminder: Having a pass (General or Prime) is MANDATORY. Without a pass you cannot access the event. Having a ticket for an extra (autograph, photo’op, selfie or panel) does not give you access to the event. Without a pass, your extra ticket is useless.
Doors will open at 10:00 am for premium passes who will be able to access the event in advance. Doors will open at 10:20am for general passes. Attention, if you have a general pass and a fast line ticket, this one does not allow you to enter the event in advance. It will be possible to get your wristband all day long, you can arrive when it suits you according to the schedule.
Before anything else, you will have to get your bracelet from our staff. Without it you will not be able to access the event.
To do so, you must prepare your etickets of access pass but also of fast line full day if you have one. A special bracelet will be given to you in addition to the access bracelet to allow you priority access to the activities. Your fast access full day can be picked up at the registration.
In case of false document, you will be immediately expelled from the event.
You can’t get the wristband from someone who is not physically present with you.
During the weekend you must wear your wristband(s) at all times. No duplicates will be given in case of loss, forgetfulness or breakage/tear. You will need them for all access to the event.
! Please note! If you are a minor, you must also give us the parental authorization available on our website here as well as a copy of the ID of your legal guardian who completed it.
WITHOUT THESE DOCUMENTS: You will be denied access to the convention, with no refund possible. Furthermore, we do not accept parental authorizations on plain paper and/or other than the one in the People Convention.
Parents will be allowed to accompany their child to the registration, but they will be asked to leave the convention if they do not have a pass.
The complete schedule of the event is available on our website, as an indication. Please take into account that it is not impossible that for any reason, the event will undergo some delays or changes.
Regarding sanitary measures, we advise you to wear a mask (except when taking pictures) and to use hydro-alcoholic gel regularly.
In order to guarantee the safety of all, we have set up a list of objects that will not be allowed in the event. Please take note of it so that you are not refused access on the day. We also remind you that we do not have a checkroom!
Merci Handy’s booth will offer a hydroalcoholic gel from their Stranger Things collection upon presentation of a premium pass!
PLANNING AND PASSAGE :
The schedule is available on our website.
You will have to organize yourself according to the given schedule. Photo ops and panels have fixed times that are already indicated on your tickets. Autographs and selfies are done throughout the day (CF schedule). You can go whenever you want.
Microphone calls will be made throughout the day to keep you informed at the beginning of each panel and photoshoot. Several calls will be made, so there is no need to wait in front of the photo studios or the panel room until there is a call for your extra, rather enjoy the rest of the event and other activities. Our security will be responsible for clearing the hallways if it is not your turn for safety reasons. You’ll have to keep an eye out for them so you don’t miss your photos! If you have two photos to take in the same time slot, you will be able to take both. But keep in mind the microphone calls. If you miss your extra despite the many calls, we can not be held responsible, there is no catch-up session, your ticket will be lost and not refundable.
We remind you that you have the right to enter and exit the event as many times as you wish, but if your access bracelet is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse you entry.
MEALS :
Food stands will be present on site so that you can eat. Vegetarian options will also be available. You are also allowed to bring your own sandwiches. Please note that you can enter and leave the event and that there are many fast food/restaurants around the Palais des Congrès.
PANEL:
The panel is a question and answer time with the entire audience, so you are welcome to ask questions. It is not a time for a statement or speech, prefer the autograph time for that. Guest silver panels are included in the PRIME pass only. Please note that the seats in the panel room are not numbered, it will be first come, first served.
For security reasons and as part of the Vigipirate plan, you must leave the room between each panel. Even if you have two panels in a row, you will have to leave the room to re-enter so that the room is cleared of any lost items.
You will be allowed to leave the panel room during the course of the session if you wish, to do your extras for example. It will also be possible to access a panel that has already started.
PHOTOS :
In view of the still somewhat unstable health situation, think about simple poses.
Avoid props. The authorized poses will be at the choice of the actor and/or actress.
We remind you that the resale or exchange of extras is prohibited.
If you have two photos with the same guest on the same day, you will have to do both in a row, so prepare your poses well in advance.
Cell phones are strictly forbidden during extras with actors, you will have to leave them in your bag or give it to a friend. No phones on you or in your pockets. You risk a firm and definitive dismissal from the event, without refund, and the impossibility of doing your other potential extras if you do not respect this rule.
If you want to show a pose you would like to the actors, consider printing it.
The printing of the photos on this event will be done semi-instantaneously after you have made your photo. As soon as you are out of the photo studio, you can head to the print area (see our map) to pick it up.
GIFTS :
You can give gifts to actors at the time of autographs and/or selfies only.
AUTOGRAPH :
If you want your autograph to be signed with your name, remember to prepare a post-it or a paper with your first name written in large and legible letters before arriving in front of the actor or actress.

No phone on you, nor in your pockets, you risk a firm and definitive dismissal from the event, without refund and the impossibility to do your other potential extras if you do not respect this rule.
OTHER ACTIVITIES:
In addition to the usual extras and booths, several other activities are available at the event: arcade terminals, board games, replica of the series’ sets… And of course the very popular cosplay contests, TikTok contest and for the first time Miss and Mister Hawkins!
VIDEO :
We remind you that it is strictly forbidden to film, whether it is the panels, photo ops or autographs, selfies, or in the corridors. It is also forbidden to take pictures of the actors if they are not on stage. There will be no warning if you are caught filming: you will be immediately removed from the event without refund. These measures are intended to enforce the actors’ right to image.
DIGITAL PHOTOS:
In addition to the paper version printed on site, digital versions of your photos will be available at the extras booth. You will have a form to fill out and all your photos will be sent to you by email in high quality, so that you can take them out in giant format or as a poster, or simply if you don’t have a scanner, to have them on your computer/laptop. It’s a 15€ package, whether you have 1 photo or several photos. Photos are sent in order of pass, so premium then general.
OTHER INFORMATION:
– If you would like additional paper prints of your photos, this will be available at the extras booth for 5€.
– Approved autograph holders will be available for 5€ each at the extras booth. We remind you that they will be available ONLY at the extra booth and not at the autograph table directly. An exclusive booklet will be available with all autographs support for 10€.
– The complete DVD of the convention will also be available for pre-sale on site.
– There will be a raffle each day where you can win some extras. Drawing at 1:40 pm. Go to the extra booth to buy one or more tickets and try to win a lot of extras, maybe even the group photo with the whole cast!
– We will do our best to broadcast the World Cup final live on Sunday afternoon.
