Important informations about the Stranger Fan Meet 5

(Thank you to read carefully this message, a lot of answers to your questions are included)

The con will be held at the Palais des congres de Paris on July 10th.

Extras: please note a very small batch of extras will be available for sale onsite. (To respect the schedule, we need to limit the number of extras available at the convention). What is sold out online on our website will also be sold out during the event, these are the last stocks.

Please note that for years we have had some troubles with connection on our credit card machine due to the very bad reception in some areas, so if possible, think about having cash for your potential purchases in case of problems.

The opening of the doors as well as the registration will start at 7:00 am on Sunday till 11:00am. 

Parents may accompany their children to registration, but once it is over, they will be asked to leave the hall. No one without an access pass will be allowed in the convention area after 11:00am.

If you arrive late, you will still be able to pick up your pass at the Extra shop all along the day.

The full schedule is available on our website, but please consider that it is not impossible that for any reason, the event will end a bit late.

Prime access: You have a nominative seat, and your seat was allocated to you by your purchase order.
General access: you’ll chose your seat by arrival order at the event (behind the Prime access).

Your seat will remains the same all along the day. No change will be possible.

Regarding sanitary measures, we very recommend you to wear a mask.(except during your photo’ops obviously) and to use hand sanitizer.

As a reminder: Having an access Pass (Prime or General) is MANDATORY. Without an access pass you can’t access the event. Having a ticket for an extra (Autograph, Photo’op, Meet & Greet) doesn’t give you access at the event, so without an access pass, your extra ticket is unusable.

To register you will need your ID and all your proof of purchase PRINTED and ONLY PRINTED (NOT ON CELL PHONE). You can’t register without an ID. You can’t do the registration for someone else, no exception to this rule. We will give you an access bracelet to be able to circulate in the con, as well as a seat number.

During the weekend, you need to wear your bracelet at all times. You won’t get a second one if you lose or forget it. You will need it to access the event at all times.


!Warning! If you are under 18, you will also need to give us the Parental authorization available on our website here:  https://www.people-convention.com/en/parental-consent/ as well as a copy of the ID of the legal guardian who signed it.
WITHOUT THESE DOCUMENTS: The access to the event will be denied, without any refund. Besides, we are not accepting Parental authorization that is not filled on our form.

PLANNING AND TIME FOR EXTRAS:
The full schedule is available on our website.
The time for your extras isn’t random, you will be called by sessions and by rows and you’ll be able to follow directly how it goes on the big screen of the panel room, a team of staff will accompany and guide you.
Thank you for respecting this to avoid delaying the schedule.
You also need to respect the session you got your extras. No exception to this rule.
Staff will be in charge of controlling and respecting these orders, if you do not respect this, your extra might be canceled.

MEETING ROOM:
People having a meeting room will be accompanied by a member of our team, you will have to be at the « Meeting Point » 15minutes before your Meeting starts and your guide will make sure you have priority at the photo ops you might have at the same time. Please make sure you follow these instructions and your guide 🙂 Don’t go to your photo ops without your guide under any circumstances if you have a Meeting!
No refund or replacement will be processed if you don’t follow these instructions.

PANEL:
Panels are a time for questions and answers with the whole audience, you are invited to ask your questions, this is however not a time for long personal declarations but you can use the autograph sessions for this.

PHOTO OPS:
Don’t ask too complicated poses or inappropriate ones, you need to understand the actors are not dolls, they enjoy simple poses by your side. The allowed poses are up to the actor.
Due to the unstable sanitary situation, please really think about simple poses and avoid accessories.
– We are reminding you that you are not allowed to resell or exchange your extras.
To do your extra, your ticket must be PRINTED (Not on your cellphone)
Cellphone are strictly prohibited during the extras with the actors, you have to let them in your bag, or give it to a friend. No cellphone with you, not even in your pockets. If you want to show a special pose that you would like to do with the actors, please print it as well.

AUTOGRAPH : If you want your autograph to be signed with your name on it, please come with your name clearly written on a post-it or paper.
To do your extra, your ticket must be PRINTED (Not on your cellphone)
Cellphone are strictly prohibited during the extras with the actors, you have to let them in your bag, or give it to a friend. No cellphone with you, not even in your pockets. If you want to show a special pose that you would like to do with the actors, please print it as well.

GIFT POLICY:
You are allowed to offer gifts to the actors during autograph only.

VIDEOS:
We are reminding you it’s strictly forbidden to film, either during panels, photo ops, autographs, panels or in the hallways. It’s also forbidden to take pictures of the actors if they are not on stage. Sanctions will apply:  you will be banned from the event immediately if you get caught. Your tickets will be canceled without refund.
This is to ensure the actor’s image rights.

DIGITAL PICTURES:
In addition of the printed version you will get at the convention, the digital version of your pictures will be available at our shop, you will have to fill a form and all your pictures will be send in HQ via email so you can print those on posters, or simply if you do not own a scanner and want your pictures on your computer or on your cellphone. (Numerical versions will be sent according to your Pass category)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • If you want an additional version of your printed photo op, it’s available at our shop for €5
  • Approved autograph pictures will be available for €5 
  • You will also get an exclusive A4 poster of the event for free 
  • A pre-sale of the DVD of the convention will be available onsite.
  • A small booth with drinks and snack will be available inside the event. For lunch, several places to eat are open inside the Palais des Congrès.

This is now the last week of preparation for us, we have a lot of work and we hope you will understand we won’t be as much available on social medias or by email as usual.
